Do you live outside of Chicago area? Then our virtual consultation is the perfect solution for you! Park Avenue Smart Lipo Chicago is pleased to offer a true virtual consultation (VC) to provide prospective clients with instant answers, wherever you are in the world. Patients can now enjoy the luxury of a one-on-one educational and informative consultation with one of our non-physician staff members in the comfort and privacy of their own homes.

Of course this is not a medical examination, which you will need before the surgery. This is designed for your convenience, which saves you precious time you would otherwise spend traveling and rearranging your schedule. You can also get a clear idea about the SmartLipo laser liposuction procedures we offer at Park Avenue Smart Lipo Chicago. You can obtain more information about the SmartLipo procedure, which will help you decide whether to travel to our Chicago office for an initial in-person consultation with one of our plastic surgeons. In addition, the virtual consultation process also enables us to obtain your medical history and records, which our plastic surgeons can review subsequent to your virtual consultation but prior to your in-person consultation to help them determine your eligibility for SmartLipo treatment. If, after conducting a virtual consultation, you are still interested in obtaining SmartLipo treatment, the next step would be to schedule an in-person consultation with one of our plastic surgeons.

If you cannot come to our offices for an initial consultation, a Virtual Consultation is the first step in determining your eligibility for Smart Lipo. Virtual Consultations may be conducted by a staff member who is not a plastic surgeon or other licensed professional. Virtual Consultations are recorded and, if you ultimately are scheduled for surgery, may be referred to and reviewed by the plastic surgeon and stored by Park Avenue Smart Lipo as a part of your medical records. If you do not schedule a surgical procedure, the video copy of the Virtual Consultation will be maintained by Park Avenue Smart Lipo for 2 years, protected as private health information, and then destroyed.
